However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired with a breakfast that just didn’t meet expectations, making for a frustrating start to the day.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Burton On Trent Central for a spa break. the location was great, with a lovely pub next door serving delicious meals. However, the bed in my room was surprisingly uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep, which put a damper on our spa day. While the staff were friendly and the room was clean, I expected a bit more consistency with the comfort of the bed, especially given their "no sleep guarantee".
Rooms

My room was quite spacious and very clean, although the bed felt incredibly hard, impacting my sleep quality.

The staff were generally friendly and responsive, but my room was not as comfortable as I’d hoped.
